When Altaona Golf & Country Village first opened in 2004, they had planned to build 1500 properties within the resort. However they only built around 500. With the increasing popularity of the area and a high demand for properties, Altaona Golf has seen recent major investment from various developers.
The comprehensive range of properties includes villas and townhouses which come in different designs and sizes. Prices vary from around €220,000 to over €1.4 million.
